We are all familiar with the dazzling taste and aroma of the coffee and know how difficult is to give it up. However, based on my and other people's experience, if you give up coffee, you have more energy and vitality.
The caffeine gets to those receptors of the brain responsible for relaxation. By interrupting the action of these receptors, you'll feel more vivid, even agitated. You may think that this is a good thing; however, this artificial stimulation will make you nervous and strained exactly when you supposed to be calm and relaxed (for example it may raise blood pressure at night when you try to sleep).

Coffee also stimulates the glands responsible for stress and hormones as well. The constant attack on those glands can lead to physical and spiritual exhaustion. Coffee has also negative effects on blood sugar, eliminating the sugar from the blood stream. .



And last but not least, due to the diuretic effects of the coffee, important quantities of vital minerals, like magnesium, potassium, sodium and vitamin B1 are also eliminated. Aside this fact, the coffee as plant contains toxins like pesticides and other harmful chemicals.
One of the best reasons to give up coffee is that each time you start your morning with it and not breakfast, your energy is stimulated artificially and your organism won't have enough supply for dealing with a demanding day.

You'll see that giving up coffee will help in getting rid of some extra pounds. It is a certainty that the effects of the coffee are similar to a drug: creates dependency, it is an artificial stimulant for the organism, and is not recommended during a weight loss procedure.
